Processing location

Files are uploaded to this site’s server. This is not browser-only processing and no complete anonymisation is promised. Do not upload data you do not have authority to process. The operator must tell you the hosting location and applicable contractual arrangements before accepting production data.

What is retained

Raw uploads are processed in memory; PDF conversion uses a temporary directory that is removed after processing. Normalised transaction rows, review labels and a source-content hash are kept for up to 24 hours. A cleanup service runs every five minutes; expiry blocks access immediately. You can delete the active job earlier. Review data is stored in the application database; infrastructure encryption, backups and access policy depend on the operator.

Payments and operational counts

If payments are enabled, PayPal receives checkout information. This app stores order/capture identifiers, currency, amount, status and a random job identifier for up to 90 days, separately from transaction rows. The operator may retain accounting records under their applicable obligations. Daily aggregate server event counts are retained for 90 days; they do not contain bank descriptions, file names, user IP addresses or browser identifiers. The hosting provider may process network metadata under its own terms.

Browser access

A random job-access token is stored in this tab’s session storage, not a marketing cookie. It is needed to reopen a review after PayPal redirects. Do not share it. Closing the browser session may lose access; save your export within 24 hours.

External AI and requests

No external AI service is called. No bank data is sent to a model. For deletion or privacy enquiries, contact the operator above. For an active job, the Delete button removes review data without an email request.
