This pilot normalises supported statement formats for bookkeeping review. You are responsible for reviewing the source and output. It does not provide tax advice, certified tax forms, legal advice, MTD filing, or guaranteed compatibility with accounting software.

Free pilot and optional paid exports

In free mode, CSV and Excel exports are free. When the operator enables checkout, the displayed server price purchases exports for one reviewed statement only, until that job expires 24 hours after creation. It is not an unlimited pass or recurring subscription. A sandbox label means test checkout, not a real charge. Prices are as shown at checkout; the operator must confirm applicable tax treatment before enabling live sales.

Problems and refunds

If payment succeeds but export fails, keep your PayPal receipt and use Verify / recover payment in the original browser session. Do not pay a second time. Contact the operator within 14 days for failed or duplicate purchases; the operator offers a full refund for these cases through the original payment provider. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Refunds and disputes are handled manually; there is no automatic subscription renewal.

Supported inputs

Only single-currency UTF-8 CSV and the documented four-column text PDF layout are supported. Limits are 4 MB and 2,000 rows. OCR, arbitrary bank PDFs, tax calculation, foreign-exchange conversion and direct filing are not offered. Do not upload malicious files or third-party records without authority.
